Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate external architects, consultants, and internal engineering teams throughout design development.
- Conduct thorough Value Engineering (VE) reviews and constructability analyses.
- Resolve Request for Information (RFI) logs and technical query submissions from site teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related built environment discipline; registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a design management or senior architectural coordination role on major construction projects
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural design processes, drawing standards, and coordination requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; proficiency in Revit or equivalent BIM software is highly desirable
- Experience managing consultant teams on fast-track or Design and Build projects in Nigeria
- Proficiency in document management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or equivalent
