Responsibilities:
- Driving company-wide execution, overseeing all departments (Client Service, Creative, Strategy, Finance, Logistics, Production, HR)
- Ensuring that every project, team member, and unit operates at the highest level of efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Acts as the daily leader of the business, translating the vision of the Managing Partner into systems, processes, and results.
Requirements:
- Exceptional problem-solving ability; able to protect margins, grow capacity, and maintain company standards across all brands, projects, and regions.
- Leadership operations or business management skills
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of the experiential/creative industry in Nigeria (and ideally Pan-African markets).
- Highly analytical, structured, and process-driven.
- Strong business sense: budgets, margins, forecasting, P&L.
- Excellent crisis management and decision-making skills.
- High emotional intelligence; knows how to manage people with firmness and fairness.
