The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting new deposit customers, growing the Bank’s deposit portfolio, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mobilize deposits from individuals, businesses, organizations, and other prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Bank’s deposit portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet and consistently exceed assigned deposit mobilization targets.
- Promote the Bank’s savings, investment, and deposit products.
- Conduct market research and identify potential depositors and business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and deposit activities.
- Provide regular reports on deposit mobilization activities and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with the Bank’s policies and regulatory
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
