Responsibilities:
- Source and mobilize deposits through effective marketing, referrals, and direct sales activities.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into active deposit accounts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat deposits.
- Promote savings, current, and investment products to individuals and businesses.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly deposit targets.
- Conduct market visits and client engagements to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports on deposit mobilization activities, pipeline, and performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve deposit strategies.
Requirements:
