Deposit Mobilization Officer
Job summary
The Deposit Mobilization Officer is responsible for driving deposit growth by sourcing and acquiring new customers, mobilizing deposits, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves promoting the Bank's deposit products and services, identifying business opportunities, achieving assigned deposit targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers to achieve assigned deposit mobilization targets.
- Market and promote the Bank's deposit products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, SME, corporate, and institutional customers.
- Develop and implement effective deposit mobilization strategies.
- Cross-sell the Bank's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or business development within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting deposit mobilization targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
