Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate capture and maintenance of all client, investor, ajo, and loan records. The Data & Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for supervising staff, recording materials used in production, preparing invoices, and issuing dispatch documentation for delivery drivers. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, responsibility, and accountability.The Data & Operations Supervisor will report directly to management and will ensure that all documentation is accurate, properly organized, and securely handled.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and update client, investor, ajo, and loan records with precision.
Maintain organized records for all client documentation.
Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to manage and update records efficiently.
Supervise operational and production staff as required.
Record materials used in the production process and monitor inventory levels.
Prepare invoices and dispatch documents for delivery drivers.
Submit daily and weekly summaries and reports to management for review.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability in all documentation and reporting.
Qualification
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration Or any related discipline.
Must reside around Arepo axis (Magboro, Mowe, Ibafo, Berger axis preferred).
Must be willing to work full-time onsite.
Must be able to handle confidential financial/client information.
Experience in data management, inventory records, supervision, or administrative support is an advantage.
