Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Flock Performance Monitoring: Track vital statistics like daily mortality rates, egg production numbers, weight gain, and growth cycles.
- Feed and Resource Management: Monitor feed consumption versus weight output, track water usage, and spot waste or inventory shortages.
- Health and Environmental Tracking: Analyze environmental metrics like coop temperature, humidity, and air quality to predict and prevent disease outbreaks.
- Financial and Cost Control: Generate profitability reports by evaluating operational costs, feed pricing, medication expenses, and live-bird market values.
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather raw figures from farm logs, automated sensors, or management software and fix errors or missing records.
- Reporting and Visualization: Build dashboards and visual charts that give farm managers clear, actionable insights for daily operations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
