We are hiring for the position of Data Entry/ Admin Officer (IKORODU).

Responsibilities:
- Entering data from various sources (paper documents, forms, invoices, emails) into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correcting discrepancies.
- Organising, sorting, and filing physical and digital records for easy retrieval and secure storage, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient information access.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), and proficiency in data management software.
- High typing speed (typically 45-80 words per minute) with excellent accuracy.
- Meticulous approach to work to prevent and correct errors.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
