Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources 
• Arrange and organize travel for the executive
• Developing and maintaining databases and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Support project tracking, task coordination, and priority management for executives.
• Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems 
• Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry 
• Preparing reports for the management, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data that can be used to improve business decisions Etc…

Requirements:

• Hnd/Bsc in related fields
• 3-5 years of experience
• Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is required.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel [Management Information System], Outlook, Teams, Google Workspace).
• ⁠Sound Knowledge in Inventory Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
