Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform detailed data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, charts, and advanced formulas.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for management and other teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Support data validation, quality checks, and process improvement initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise visual formats.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, VBA, data visualization, advanced formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly
