Cyber Security Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the organization's systems, networks, and applications for security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices to protect organizational assets.
• Monitor security logs and alerts to identify suspicious activities and potential breaches.
• Support security awareness initiatives by promoting cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
• Prepare security reports, document incidents, and provide recommendations to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Cyber Security, Computer
• Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related role.
• Experience within the sportsbooks, gaming, fintech, or technology industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and information security frameworks.
• Proficiency in security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and access control.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solvingskills.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and Microsoft Office applications.
