We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company to ensure good customer service and vendor experience. As part of our customer support team, you will be following up on new orders with customers via online chat, email, and phone call. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to any online customer inquiries.
- Follow up the new orders with customers via online chat, email, and phone calls.
Requirements:
- HND or BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or providing customer service support
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
- The willingness of working night-shift working hours is a huge plus.
- Ability to think strategically and lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
