We are looking to hire a Customer Support Officer to join our team

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Assist customers with account issues, loan inquiries, repayments, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about loan products, features, and repayment processes.
- Record customer interactions and update accounts accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with credit, collections, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Prepare reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and service performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/loan management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
- Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₦75,000 (subject to review based on experience)
- Bonuses: Daily and weekly performance-based bonuses (up to ₦20,000)
