Job Summary

An ideal candidate for this role is expected to be social media savvy. In addition to attending to walk-in clients, you would be creating and posting engaging contents on our various services and products. Two essential skill sets that define this role are excellent communication skills (especially writing and speaking), and graphic design skill.

Job Description/Requirements

Daily tasks as a Customer Support Officer revolve around answering customers inquiries through emails and live chats, creating/posting relevant contents on social media pages, and creating documents. The following skill sets are required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Google Doc

  • Excellent communication (especially writing and speaking)

  • Graphic design 

  • Search Engine Marketing-SEM (optional but is an added advantage)

  • Facebook Marketing (optional but is an added advantage)


Minimum of OND in any discipline. Interns and corp members are welcome to apply

Location of candidate:

A candidate living in Challenge/Orita/Elebu/Oluyole/Felele axis is strongly preferred.
