Daily tasks as a Customer Support Officer revolve around answering customers inquiries through emails and live chats, creating/posting relevant contents on social media pages, and creating documents. The following skill sets are required:
Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication (especially writing and speaking)
Search Engine Marketing-SEM (optional but is an added advantage)
Facebook Marketing (optional but is an added advantage)
Minimum of OND in any discipline. Interns and corp members are welcome to apply
