Job summary

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative’s whose primary duty is to deliver great customer service. They often have the following customer service responsibilities:

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
  • Support customer onboarding and service processes when required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced industries.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills


Location: Abuja 


Remuneration: NGN 200,000-300,000 Monthly
