Customer Success Representative
Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative who will serve as the main bridge between our company and our customers, ensuring that every client receives maximum value from our services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of services from enquiry to successful booking
- Proactively engage clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to increase engagement
- Handle escalations and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve services
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
- Track customer success metrics such as retention, churn, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to guide users through digital processes confidently
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Basic CRM experience is required
- Experience in logistics, tech, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
