- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

- Assist in creating basic social media content and promotional posts
- Support marketing campaigns by engaging with online audiences
- Represent the company positively and consistently across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content scheduling
- A positive attitude and strong customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of online marketing or digital branding
- Previous experience in a similar role
