A real Estate organization is seeking a highly professional, experienced, and results-driven Customer Service / Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and client support.
- Monitor and report on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics to management.
- Handle complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary, and ensuring resolution within agreed timelines.
- Support operational and sales teams with client-related documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with honours in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPR or CRM-related certification) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales support at a corporate, real estate, financial services, or investment organization.
- Prior experience in a high-volume, client-facing environment is essential.
