A highly motivated and digitally savvy Customer Service & Social Media Representative to handle customer interactions and manage social media communications, and oversee appointment bookings. excellent communication skills is required, and also well informed about the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily posts, comments, and DMs across all social media platforms.
- Schedule and confirm customer bookings and consultations.
- Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
- Handle order processing, tracking, exchanges, and complaints.
- Monitor and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments.
- Engage customers with content that drives loyalty and brand trust.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Diploma in a related field
- Good communication skills
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must live around Lekki
