Job summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Process orders, requests, and customer transactions where applicable
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Meet customer service performance standards and targets
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to customer support
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and customer satisfaction levels


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk, call center, or related role is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
