Job Description/Requirements
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- First Contact Resolution: Striving to resolve customer inquiries and concerns during the first point of contact, minimizing escalations and follow-up interactions.
- Response Time: Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding established response time targets.
- Order Processing: Accurately processing customer orders, payments, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Continual-G products, pricing, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Communication Skills: Communicating clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers, demonstrating active listening and rapport-building skills.
- OND in any related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to customer issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools is preferred.
