Responsibilities:
Customer Interactions:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and complete information about our products/services
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including product defects, delivery problems, and billing errors
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Escalate issues to senior team members or management as needed
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized support and solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately document
Requirements:
- Degree
- 2 years' experience
