Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers via phone, email, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.


Requirements;

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc 
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
