Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Provide accurate product information and assist with order placement.
- Process orders and coordinate shipment tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Liaise with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and export documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support overall customer satisfaction and help promote the company’s agricultural exports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in export or logistics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of export processes is an added advantage.
