Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders and quotations.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status and provide customers with updates when needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM or ERP system.
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery notes, and other customer-related documents.
- Generate customer service reports and provide updates to management.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs and follow up on pending quotations.
- Liaise with management to address product issues or special requests.
- Assist the finance department in resolving billing or payment-related queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of order processing, inventory, or supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills
- Experience working with B2B customers, distributors, or wholesalers.
- Knowledge of the company’s product line (Century Home appliances) or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Renumeration: NGN 120,000.00 - NGN 150,000.00 per month
