Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with account registration, login issues, and general app navigation.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

  • Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs.

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns.

  • Support customer onboarding and user education initiatives.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer care.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
