Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, prices, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds when necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of HND
