A Customer Service Representative (CSR) helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing information about a company’s products or services. They serve as the first point of contact and ensure customers have a good experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, prices, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience
  • Minimum of HND
