Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain updated customer records and document interactions.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools is an added advantage).
- Good command of English and a customer-friendly attitude.
