The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves handling calls, messages, and complaints professionally while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain updated customer records and document interactions.
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools is an added advantage).
  • Good command of English and a customer-friendly attitude.
