Our client, a reputable and growing transport and logistics company with operations spanning mass transit, moving & relocation, and last-mile logistics services, is seeking a courteous and efficient Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Track, monitor, and provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery and service status.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, logs, and reports for easy reference and accountability.
- Collaborate with the operations team to support effective client communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
