Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve complaints and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Must have completed NYSC.
