Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
• Assist customers with account, billing, scheduling, or general support inquiries
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and support systems
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Follow company processes and performance standards

Requirements: 

• Must speak excellent English with clear communication skills
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work in a team environment
• Must be willing to stay at the residential workspace in Orchid, Lekki, from Monday to Friday
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Male applicants preferred

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with remote work or international clients
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
• Strong typing and multitasking abilities

Remuneration: NGN 140,000 - 200,000 monthly
