Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, attendees, and partners before, during, and after events.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with event registration, ticketing, and attendee coordination.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Provide accurate information about event schedules, venues, and services.
  • Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events.

Requirements 
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Location:isolo 
Remuneration: NGN 120,000- 150,000
