Job summary
We are seeking a responsible and eloquent Customer service representative that will respond promptly to online inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms

Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers, assisting them in selecting perfumes that suit their preferences.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process customer orders (both in-store and online).
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Assist with stock monitoring and restocking when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc or HND.
- Proven experience in sales or retail is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, presentable, and sales-driven.
- Gender: Female
- Must stay within Lekki Phase 1
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
