Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for hotel partners and customers.
  • Provide timely support via phone, email, WhatsApp, Freshdesk, and other channels.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hotels to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a BSc.
  • 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
