Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Process orders, applications, or requests as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Uphold the company’s image by maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role (added advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts or at weekends when required.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
