Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and represent the company’s values in every interaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Process orders, applications, or requests as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Uphold the company’s image by maintaining professionalism at all times.


Requirements:

  • OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role (added advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or at weekends when required.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
