Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Receive, process, and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints until satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum OND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, client-facing, hospitality, retail, or related role.
- Experience working in a luxury hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or service-oriented environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear diction and professional speech.
- Exceptional patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling customer orders and requests.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring tasks are completed from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
