Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Receive, process, and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints until satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive brand image through excellent customer engagement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum OND in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, client-facing, hospitality, retail, or related role.
  • Experience working in a luxury hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or service-oriented environment is an added advantage.      
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with clear diction and professional speech.
  • Exceptional patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling customer orders and requests.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring tasks are completed from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
