- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, attendees, and partners before, during, and after events.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with event registration, ticketing, and attendee coordination.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, venues, and services.
- Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
