- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Provide product/service guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Promote customer loyalty through consistent, high‑quality service.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and typing speed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
