Requirements:
- OND in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in customer service, front desk operations, call center services, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
