We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, live chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer orders, requests, returns, and service inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Meet established customer service performance standards and response times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements


Requirements:

  • OND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven years of experience in customer service, front desk operations, call center services, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
