Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and recommendations.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Confirm orders, payments, and delivery details.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and pending orders.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and after-sales support effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage.
- Ensure a pleasant and professional customer experience at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, social media management, or a related role is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Applicants must reside in Festac or its immediate environs.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 120,000 Monthly
