Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
- Provide accurate information on product availability, sizing, details, and styling recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities
- Assist with order tracking and returns and ensure all issues are resolved smoothly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including seasonal drops and bestsellers.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Document customer feedback and issues to help improve service and inform team decisions.
- Contribute strategic insights to drive brand visibility, collaborations, and business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Understanding of fashion trends, production processes, and creative workflows.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
