Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office email CRM systems). Professional attitude patience and attention to detail. Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
