Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process customer transactions and service requests in line with established policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting the bank's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution.
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of onboarding.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Officer in a bank.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
