Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training content that covers essential customer service principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, and group discussions in a virtual environment.
- Mentor participants, providing expert guidance and feedback to improve their customer service skills.
- Assess participant progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them meet and exceed performance standards.
- Continuously update training materials based on new trends, technologies, and customer service practices to keep the curriculum relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer service or a training role focused on customer interaction skills.
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective customer service training content is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of customer service protocols, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Comfortable using and teaching with digital tools and platforms, capable of managing virtual classrooms and online learning management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Minimum Academic Qualification: HND
Location: Full-time, Remote
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 900,000 depending on experience and scope of work.
