Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service (sports betting preferred)
- Good understanding of sports betting fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and match days.
- Willing to work in person.
- Can make use of live chat, phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to respond to customer inquiries
