Job summary

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to support users on our sports betting platform. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving betting and payment issues, and ensuring a compliant and responsible gaming experience in line with Nigerian regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support users on our sports betting platform.
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Resolving betting and payment issues
  • Ensuring a compliant and responsible gaming experience in line with Nigerian regulations.




Requirements:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service (sports betting preferred)
  • Good understanding of sports betting fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and match days.
  • Willing to work in person.
  • Can make use of live chat, phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to respond to customer inquiries
