Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in customer support or customer service roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a betting or gaming company will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Support customer retention by delivering excellent service experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, or call center operations.
- Previous experience in a betting, gaming, or sportsbook company is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
