Job summary
iLOTBET is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support while ensuring a seamless experience for our users across multiple communication channels. This is a full time-onsite role.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, calls, in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions
- Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution within defined timelines
- Conduct telemarketing and follow-up calls to engage and retain customers
- Assist users with account-related issues, including registration, login, and transactions
- Escalate complex issues through the appropriate channel
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Record and document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
