Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- No experience/less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
