Customer Service Representative
Job summary
We are seeking a friendly, patient and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring customers satisfaction through efficient and empathetic support.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Provide product/service information, usage guidance, and troubleshooting support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, tech support) to ensure customer needs are met
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
- Must be conversant with CRM tools and Zoho.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Typing speed and accuracy for chat/email-based roles
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are an added advantage
- Must reside in Abuja
- Close proximity to Gudu, Apo Area, Abuja is an advantage.
