The Customer Relationship Officer serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and customers, providing professional and efficient service both in person and over communication channels. The role involves managing front desk operations, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and agents, and addressing inquiries.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, customers, and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment area that reflects the company’s image.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Ensure front office supplies are adequately stocked and accounted for.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare periodic reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or sales-related roles (experience in a lottery, gaming, or betting company is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity
